HOTEL DUBAI REGULATIONS
By signing these regulations, we agree to abide by the rules of conduct, wear the wristband at all times, respect other guests without causing disturbances, not to disrupt the peace of others, wear appropriate attire in all areas, provide truthful information at check-in, report any issues by dialing 100 or 101, and return the rooms in good condition by 12:00 PM. At check-out, the Hotel will inspect the condition and inventory of the rooms. The management reserves the right to charge for any additional consumption or damages caused. We understand that losing the key or wristband will incur an additional charge. Failure to comply will result in termination of service.

MINIBARS
Your room(s) have a stock of beverages and snacks which are NOT included in any package. Consumption will be checked daily, and any missing items will be replenished. By consuming any product, I accept the charge for it, and I have been informed that it is an extra charge.

NO SMOKING POLICY
According to Resolution 1956 of May 30, 2008, smoking is prohibited in the rooms or enclosed spaces. Penalty: COP $250,000.

EARLY CHECK-IN (Early use of rooms with other guests before 3:00 PM).
The Early Check-In service has the following additional costs:
• 6:00 AM - 9:59 AM: COP $92,000 per person. WITH WRISTBAND according to the Plan.

• 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM: COP $70,000 per person. WITH WRISTBAND according to the Plan.

LATE CHECK-OUT. (Delivery outside of the stipulated hours will incur a charge after 12:00 PM.)

The late check-out service has the following rates:

• 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM: $100,000 COP per room.

• 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM: $150,000 COP per room.

The above charges are pre-authorized based on availability, and we acknowledge that if the room is not delivered by 12:00 PM, we will assume these charges.
GUEST VISITOR POLICY
The hotel is for the exclusive use of our guests; therefore, visitors are not permitted in the rooms or areas other than the lobby. Guests must be registered at check-in. Guests arriving after check-in will be charged as additional guests, and the fee must be paid upon arrival. Price: COP $150,000 per night per person. This price does NOT include meals.

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX
Each room has a free safety deposit box with a combination lock. Guests are required to use it. The hotel is not responsible for valuables such as jewelry, money, passports, clothing, etc., reported lost in the rooms or common areas.
EXTRA CHARGES
Guests may consume items in the hotel's common areas or from the minibar, which will be charged to their account. Additionally, any damage caused to the facilities or missing or lost items (such as sheets, blankets, towels, stained towels, missing or damaged remote controls, among others) will be charged to the guest's stay by signing this document.
POOL AND BEACH TOWELS
The hotel provides towels in the pool area to avoid the use of white room towels, as any damage or loss will be charged.

POLICY AGAINST THE SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS (ESCNNA)
Together we protect our children and adolescents from commercial sexual exploitation. This practice is illegal, and the Hotel may report it to the authorities, in accordance with Law 1329-1336 of 2009.
SPECIAL AMERICAN PLAN (ALL INCLUSIVE)
Starts at 3:00 PM with afternoon snack and dinner and ends on the day of check-out with lunch. Includes selected domestic drinks and liquors and does not apply to the SHAZIT SKY BAR. Scheduled hours apply.
