Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Full payment must be made at the time of booking to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice. Reservations from R$ 500.00, payment can be made in 02 installments via deposit, the entry of 50% and the remaining amount at Check-in. Cancellation Policies

In the case of cancellation, the customer will receive credit subject to the Pousada's availability for a new date, and there may be an additional price difference. If requested 15 days in advance before check in. Non-refundable rates.

Reservations canceled during periods considered to be low season must follow the following guidelines:

Free cancellations up to 5 days prior to check-in.

Escrowed reservations that are canceled within less than 0 DAYS will be charged the amount of the 1st night. In other words, in cases of a cancellation request or a guest not showing up on their check-in day, the hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of the first night paid in advance, with no possibility of using the amount for future accommodations. The periods considered low are May, June and August.

Reservations canceled during periods considered to be mid-season must follow the following guidelines:

Free cancellations up to 15 days in advance of check-in.

Escrowed reservations that are canceled within less than 0 DAYS will be charged the amount of the 1st night. In other words, in cases of cancellation request or non-attendance of the guest on their check-in day, the hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of the first night paid in advance, with no possibility of using the amount for future accommodations. The periods considered are July, September, October and November.
