Deposit / Guarantee Policies
We request payment of 100% in advance to guarantee the reservation, which can be done via bank transfer or credit card in up to 3 installments without interest (considering the minimum purchase amount R$ 900.00). Payment must be made by 5 pm on the day the reservation is requested, otherwise the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Cancellation Policies
Según el Artículo 49 del Código de Protección al Consumidor (CDC): El consumidor podrá cancelar la reserva dentro de los 7 días siguientes a la fecha de compra o reserva, siempre que el contrato de prestación de productos y servicios se celebre fuera del establecimiento comercial, especialmente por teléfono o en línea. Transcurrido este plazo, el importe abonado no será reembolsable.
General Policy
Check-in Time: From 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
After this time, only reservations with full payment made in advance will be able to check-in. Self-check-in, including a video explaining how to get to the Bungalow, will be sent via WhatsApp by the reception team only if contacted before 10:00 PM, informing guests that arrival will be after this time. We ask that you provide your estimated arrival time in advance.
No-Show Policy:
Any failure to show up within 24 hours of the check-in time will be considered a no-show; the accommodation will be reserved until 2:00 PM the following day. After this time, the unit will be made available for resale, and the prepaid amount will be forfeited in full.
Check-out Time: Until 12:00 PM.
Breakfast: From 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
Child Policy:
One child up to 5 years old: free.
Second child up to 12 years old: 20% of the daily rate.
Ages 13 and older: considered an adult.
Legal Notice (ECA – Law 8.069/90): Children and adolescents are not allowed to stay in hotels, motels, guesthouses, or similar establishments unless authorized or accompanied by their parents or legal guardian.
Extra beds and cribs: Subject to availability and additional charges.
Pets: Allowed, subject to an additional fee (check prices).
