Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
We request 50% in advance to guarantee the reservation, transfer, Pix or credit card and the remaining 50% at check-in (credit card or cash). Cancellation Policies
We allow cancellations and changes at a reduced cost up to 30 days before check-in. In case of cancellations within the deadline, we will refund the amount paid within 30 days after the request, deducting 10% of the amount paid.
For cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date, we do not issue refunds. In case of cancellation after check-in or no-show, for any reason, the full amount of the reservation will be charged as a fine.
