The guest will need to prepay the cost of the first night after booking.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation with 24hrs in advance, no fee will be charged. Cancellation or change with less than 24hrs or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged. Reservations without payment of 50% as guarantee will be automatically canceled at 2:00 pm the day before the Guest's arrival date. The costs of credit/debit card transaction fees will be deducted from returns. Returns will be made via bank transfer or PIX. Group cancellations will be reported on Deadline.
