Reservations canceled up to 7 days in advance of the date of entry, will refund 100% of the deposited amount, discounting the DOC or TED amount, if any. Obligatorily, cancellation and refund must be made by email or whatsapp. Reservations canceled up to 6 days or 24 hours before the start of the contracted rates, THE DEPOSITED VALUE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. No-Show: It is considered a No-Show when the guest does not show up at the hotel, without prior notice or contact, until 6:00 pm on the day of the beginning of the contracted rates, when the reservation will be canceled and the apartment released for new reservations. . In this case, there will be no refunds. We kindly ask you to inform your arrival time if it is after 6 pm. In case of early departure, the total amount of the contracted package will be charged, considering that a reservation has been made for the entire period, making it impossible for others to book. Transfer of Ownership: Reservations may be transferred and used by other people, at the discretion of the reserver, on the same dates and conditions, and must be informed in writing to the reception prior to the check-in date. Booking rescheduling, respecting the deadlines mentioned above, booking with deposit may be rescheduled in another period within a period of 01 (one) year according to the availability of vacancies and according to quotation of values. It will not affect the above amount, interest and/or monetary correction, regardless of the time it is not used. The credit ALWAYS refers to the VALUE, and never to the number of nights and/or suite model, since in special periods (holidays or high season) the rates charged for the nights are different and or the previously booked model is not available. The use of the credit may be requested at any time within the period informed above, always subject to the availability of vacancies in suites at the Hotel. The reservation rescheduling number for using the credit will be a maximum of 01 (one) time, that is, after canceling the reservation that originated the credit, the customer will be able to reschedule the reservation only once. Afterwards, the credit amount will be automatically cancelled. The transfer of ownership of the credit will be at the discretion of the credit holder, subject to written communication to the hotel (email or whatsapp), always obeying the other conditions stipulated here.
