Cancellation Policies
Reservation Policy: Changes and cancellations must be informed up to 48 hours in advance of the start time of the day, and changes to the reservation period will only be possible subject to room availability. Requests made less than 48 hours before the start of the daily rate, the reservation will be maintained and will follow the no-show policy. No-show policy: In case of no-show (non-attendance) of the guest on the booked entry date, the amount will not be refunded.
