Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Reservations confirmed only after receiving an e-mail with proof of deposit and subsequent sending of the voucher to the customer via e-mail. The settlement of the remaining amount of the daily rates is done at check-in, upon arrival. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations requested within 7 days after the reservation has been made will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid and confirmed, deducting only the bank fees related to the reversal. In case of cancellations after 7 days of booking or early departure, the amount paid will not be refunded, however, a letter of credit will be granted to be used later, except on holidays or in the high summer months - December, January and February-and use will be subject to availability of vacancies. Another date can be chosen. We only remind you that a new cancellation will imply in the loss of validity of the letter. In order for letters of credit to be granted, cancellations must be made 2 weeks in advance, on holiday packages, or 48 hours in advance, on normal days. The remainder will be considered “no-show” or no-show by the guest. In case of "no-show" (non-attendance of the guest) the full amount of the deposit made will be charged.
