Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
To confirm your reservation, full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.
This rate is classified as non-refundable, guaranteeing exclusive promotional conditions.
However, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (article 49), we guarantee the right of withdrawal, as follows:
The guest may request free cancellation within 7 (seven) calendar days after making the reservation, provided that the request is made within this legal period.
After this period, there will be no refund in case of cancellation, date changes, no-show, or early departure.
In case of cancellation within the withdrawal period, the amount paid will be fully refunded using the same payment method used.
By making the reservation, the client declares to be aware of and in agreement with this policy.
Cancellation Policies
By choosing the non-refundable promotional rate, the guest declares to be aware of the following conditions:
1. Advance Payment
The full amount of the reservation is charged upon confirmation.
2. Cancellation and Refund
In case of cancellation or no-show, there is no refund of the amounts paid, except in cases provided for in applicable legislation.
3. Right of Withdrawal
For reservations made outside the commercial establishment (internet, telephone or applications), the guest may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) days, according to the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), provided that the request occurs before the check-in date.
4. Reservation Changes
Date changes are not guaranteed and will be subject to availability and any tariff difference.
5. No-Show
Failure to appear on the scheduled date implies the total loss of the amount paid.
6. Exceptional Situations
In cases of force majeure or duly proven situations, the inn may offer credit for future use, without obligation.
7. Transparency and Acceptance
All conditions are informed prior to confirmation of the reservation. By completing the purchase, the guest declares knowledge and agreement.
