Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS DURING THE WEEK AND WEEKENDS Up to 30 (thirty) days prior to the date of the accommodation, the guest will have the credit (accommodation) in full amount in advance, provided that he chooses a new date at the time of cancellation. Less than 30 (thirty) days prior to the date of accommodation, the customer will not be entitled to credit (accommodation), except when there is occupation by a third party for the same period, transferring the amount paid for future use within a maximum period of 90 days and excluding holidays, counted from the date of check-in not made.
