Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Considerations:
- New Year's Eve Package: We offer payment in up to 6 (six) installments without interest on Mastercard, Visa and Amex cards;
- Advance payment of one night's stay up to 30 days before check-in, to guarantee the reservation. Other nights can be paid at the hotel directly upon check-in.
- If the deadlines are not respected, the reservation will be canceled.
- Pre-payments will not be refunded in case of reduction, cancellation or no-show.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT:
>> THE GUEST MUST BE THE CARDHOLDER;
->> THE ORIGINAL CARD, IN THE SAME NAME AS THE RESERVATION, AND AN IDENTITY DOCUMENT MUST BE PRESENTED AT CHECK-IN.
>>WE DO NOT ACCEPT THIRD-PARTY CARDS;
At check-in at the hotel, you will be asked to present the card used to purchase the accommodation, as well as an official photo ID to prove ownership.
If the cardholder is not staying at the hotel, and the requested documentation is unavailable, the reception will request a new payment with a physical card, and the previous payment will be refunded.
We confirm that all the information provided is correct and that the email address provided by the guest is the means of communication between the guest and the hotel.

La tarjeta original, a nombre del titular de la reserva, y un documento de identidad deberán presentarse al registrarse.
No aceptamos tarjetas de terceros.
Al registrarse, se le solicitará la tarjeta utilizada para la reserva, así como un documento de identidad oficial con fotografía para comprobar la titularidad.
Si el titular de la tarjeta no se aloja en el hotel y falta la documentación requerida, la recepción solicitará un nuevo pago con tarjeta física y se reembolsará el pago anterior.
Confirmamos que toda la información proporcionada es correcta y que la dirección de correo electrónico facilitada por el huésped es el medio de comunicación entre el huésped y el hotel.
