Considerations:
- Advance payment of the 1st night up to 72 hours before check-in, to guarantee the reservation. Subsequent nights can be paid at the hotel directly upon check-in.
- The 1st night paid in advance will be paid in full up to 72 hours before check-in. Subsequent nights requested with installment payments by card will be paid at the hotel directly upon check-in.
- If the deadlines are not respected, the reservation will be canceled.

At check-in, you will be asked to present the card used to purchase the accommodation, as well as an official photo ID to prove ownership.
If the cardholder is not staying at the hotel, and the requested documentation is missing, the reception will request a new payment with a physical card, and the previous payment will be refunded.
We confirm that all information provided is correct and that the email address provided by the guest is the means of communication between the guest and the hotel.
