Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
- Credit Card, Cash (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Diners); - Installments in up to 5 interest-free installments on Master, Visa, Amex, Diners cards (minimum installment of R$200.00). Considerations: - Advance charge for the 1st night up to 72 hours before Check-in, to guarantee the reservation. Other nights can be paid at the hotel directly at check-in. - 1st advance night will be paid in full up to 72 hours before Check-in. Other nights requested by card in installments will be paid at the hotel directly at check-in. - If the deadlines are not respected, the reservation will be cancelled. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD: >> THE GUEST MUST BE THE CARD HOLDER; ->> THE ORIGINAL CARD, OWNED BY THE RESERVATION AND IDENTITY DOCUMENT, MUST BE PRESENTED AT CHECK-IN. >>WE DO NOT ACCEPT THIRD PARTY CARDS; When checking in at the hotel, you will be asked to present the card used to purchase the accommodation, as well as an official document with photo to prove ownership. If the cardholder does not stay at the hotel, in the absence of the requested documentation, the reception will request a new payment with a physical card and the previous payment will be reversed. We confirm that all information provided is correct and that the email provided by the guest is the means of communication between the guest and the hotel.
