Considerations:
- New Year's Eve Package: We offer payment in up to 5 (five) installments without interest on Mastercard, Visa and Amex cards;

- Advance payment of one night's stay up to 30 days before check-in, to guarantee the reservation. Other nights can be paid at the hotel directly upon check-in.

- If the deadlines are not respected, the reservation will be canceled.

- Pre-payments will not be refunded in case of reduction, cancellation or no-show.

If the cardholder is not staying at the hotel, and the requested documentation is unavailable, the reception will request a new payment with a physical card, and the previous payment will be refunded.

We confirm that all the information provided is correct and that the email address provided by the guest is the means of communication between the guest and the hotel.

- Prepayments will not be refunded in case of reduction, cancellation or no-show.
