Cancellation Policies
RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
HIGH AND LOW SEASON
Cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in will result in the full amount paid in advance being converted into a credit card for accommodation, to be used within 6 months.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will result in 100% of the amount paid in advance being retained as a cancellation fee.
NO SHOW
Failure to show up on the date booked for daily rates or packages will result in full payment of the amount paid for the period booked.
EARLY DEPARTURES
In the case of early departures, in relation to the date initially requested for the reservation, the full amount for the period booked will be paid.
