• By confirming the reservation, the guest declares to be aware of and fully agree with the non-refundable rate policy. There will be no refund of any amount paid in case of cancellation, regardless of the reason given, since the contracted rate is a promotion with special payment, cancellation and rate conditions. By making the reservation, the guest declares to be fully aware of and agree with these conditions, expressly waiving any claim for reimbursement or complaint, extrajudicial or judicial, related to the reservation. • In case of cancellation, alteration or no-show, there will be no refund of any amount paid, regardless of the reason. • It is not possible to convert a non-refundable reservation into a flexible reservation after confirmation. • The reservation may be transferred to another guest, upon prior request and approval of the hotel, respecting the conditions of the contracted rate. • In the case of cancellation by the hotel due to force majeure, rescheduling of the reservation or equivalent credit for future use will be offered, subject to availability, without obligation of reimbursement.

Cancellation Allowed Cancellation Allowed

• Cancellation is free up to 72 hours before check-in. All reservations (high and low season) can be canceled or changed up to 3 days before check-in with a full refund of any amounts previously paid, if we have already charged them. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the reservation; the refund timeframe depends on the card issuer. • Cancellations or changes made less than 3 days before check-in will result in the full retention of the reservation amount. • In case of no-show, we will charge the full amount of the accommodation, in both low and high season. • In case of early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged. • To allow for the evaluation of date changes or new prices, the guest must inform us of the early departure at check-in, before making any payment, allowing the reservations center to register the change and confirm any possible adjustments to the stay price.
