PAYMENT POLICY Reservation confirmation will only be made upon full payment (100%) of the contracted amount. Payments may be made in full or may be made in up to 4 installments on the credit card, provided that each installment corresponds to an amount equal to or greater than R$200.00 (two hundred reais). Payments via credit card (physical or virtual) are accepted, as long as it is presented together with the holder's ID, obligatorily, at reception. In the absence of the card, present an invoice in the guest's name, where the reservation was debited, together with the holder's ID. Attention: For security reasons, third-party credit cards are not accepted as a form of payment. We do not accept payments via deposit or bank transfer either at check in or check out.

When making a reservation, we would like to inform you that, for guests who choose to pay by card, physical presentation of the card used at the time of booking will be mandatory during check-in. Said card must be in the name of one of the guests for verification purposes. We emphasize that this measure applies exclusively to payments made with cards, and does not extend to transactions carried out through pix. Guests who choose to pay via pix will be exempt from this procedure. This practice aims to ensure safety and compliance with the inn's internal policies, ensuring a smooth experience for all our guests. We thank you for your understanding and collaboration. CHANGE OR CANCELLATION POLICY Reservation changes can be made free of charge, as long as at least 10 days in advance and according to availability, and the rate may change depending on the new period requested. The customer must make the communication in writing, changes are not accepted by telephone. Cancellation within 7 days after making the reservation, considered as a regret period, is free. After this period, cancellation can be made at any time, as long as at least 30 days in advance of the scheduled check-in date. If cancellation is made less than 30 days in advance, there will be no refund. In cases where, due to fortuitous situations or force majeure, the guest is unable to attend on the check-in date, upon proof of this situation, a letter of credit will be offered for accommodation in the amount paid. The guest must make use of the letter of credit granted within 12 months after requesting it, subject only to availability for the new desired period and any rate changes. It is worth noting that the customer must communicate in writing up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date, rescheduling by telephone and/or outside the established deadline will not be accepted. Canceling entry upon arrival or after entry, as well as early departure for any reason, will not entitle you to any type of refund, cash refund or credit for new nights, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or night. ACCOMMODATION OF MINORS According to current legislation, accommodation of minors will only be permitted if they are accompanied by at least one parent or legal guardian. If accompanied by a third party, they must be of legal age and must present: express authorization stating the name and identification documents of the minor, signed by at least one of the parents or legal guardian, with a notarized signature. At the time of check-in, this document must be presented along with photo identification documents (ID, passport or other legally recognized document) of the minor and his or her companion. Accommodation for 1 (one) child up to 5 years old will not be charged. , as long as it is accommodated in the same bed as the parents, not involving the installation of an extra bed. For the installation of extra beds, 30% of the reservation value will be charged, per bed/child. The maximum number of extra beds allowed depends on the apartment booked. Please check the maximum occupancy of the apartment and the availability of extra beds before making your reservation.
