CANCELLATION POLICY (LAW No. 14.046, OF AUGUST 24, 2020) Art. 2nd In the event of postponement or cancellation of services, reservations and events, including concerts and shows, until December 31, 2021, as a result of the covid-19 pandemic, the service provider or business company will not be obliged to reimburse the amounts paid by the consumer, provided that it ensures: (...) § 1 The operations referred to in the caput of this article will take place at no additional cost, fee or fine to the consumer, on any date from January 1, 2020, and will extend for a period of 120 (one hundred and twenty) days, counted from the communication of the postponement or cancellation of the services, or 30 (thirty) days before the event, whichever occurs first. (...) § 3º The supplier is released from any form of reimbursement if the consumer does not make the request within the period stipulated in § 1º or does not fit into one of the hypotheses provided for in § 2º of this article. § 4 The credit referred to in item II of the caput may be used by the consumer until December 31, 2022.
Cancellation Policies
Up to 60 days before check-in: Free cancellation
From 59 to 30 days, a fine of 50% of the accommodation value is charged
From 29 days onwards, 100% of the accommodation value is charged
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in, after that date, 100% of the accommodation will be charged.
