Deposit / Guarantee Policies
To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 100% of the total amount of the reservation is required.
In the case of payment by credit card, it will only be processed through a debit authorization form sent to the card by the hotel's reservations department.
OPERATORS: If the operator is not registered with the hotel, a prepayment of 100% of the reservation amount is required.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation of reservations: In the event of cancellation at the guest's request, it is hereby established that:
a) The guest must arrange, in a timely manner, to be replaced by another participant, under the same conditions contracted;
b) Arrange with the hotel to participate in another program, and the new date must be confirmed within 180 days, under penalty of forfeiture of the right;
c) If the aforementioned hypotheses cannot be applied, the following percentages will be charged on the amount paid, as a fine for the resulting expenses:
10% if the cancellation occurs 31 days or more before the check-in date. 20% if cancellation occurs between 30 and 21 days before the check-in date
30% if cancellation occurs between 20 and 11 days before the check-in date
50% if cancellation occurs between 10 and 01 day before the check-in date
100% if cancellation occurs as a no-show (no-show to use the accommodation)
