Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount must be made within 24 hours, via credit card, 100% of the reservation to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
For cancellation of reservation within 30 days before check-in, the amount paid becomes a credit letter, for a next reservation subject to hotel availability, valid for 12 months. In case of no-show (NO-SHOW), the amount paid is non-refundable.
