Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
A prepayment of the total reservation amount will be charged only 14 days before arrival. Until then, your credit card is just a guarantee.
Cancellation Policies
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After this date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Less than 07 days in advance, in low season and 30 days in high season.
The cancellation request must be made by letter, fax or email, received by the Boutique Hotel Quinta das Videiras until deadline dates stipulated above.
-There will be no refund of any kind, nor shall be given any kind of credit for use in hosting the deposit of the booking confirmation.
-Early Departures will be charged 50% of the value of the rest of the lodgings.
NO SHOW: 100% WILL BE CHARGED of the RESERVED VALUES
