Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Payment of at least 50% of the reservation must be made, or the total amount as preferred. Proof of deposit/PIX notified during the booking process will be kept as a guarantee until the payment deadline, in accordance with the cancellation/change policy.
Cancellation Policies
Once payment for the reservation is confirmed, it will be confirmed. If there is a need to cancel or change the date of the reservation, the customer must communicate it in writing (via email) to the Pousada Reservations Center, and cancellation or change over the phone will not be accepted. Cancellation or change of dates will be subject to availability and charges in accordance with the conditions below. The balance of daily payments will be charged at check-in. Reservations canceled up to 7 days before check-in date: free of charge; After 7am, the amount paid at the time of booking will not be refunded; No Show: 100% of the reservation will not be refunded; Canceling a stay upon arrival or after entering the inn, as well as early departure FOR ANY REASON WILL NOT GIVE THE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REFUND OR CREDIT TOWARD NEW DAILY RATES, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily rate. .
