- Changes up to 72 hours before check-in time can be made free of charge. After 72 hours, changes are not permitted. - Cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation; - All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card; - Check-in time is from 6:00 pm and check-out must be done by 3:00 pm; Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges, upon consultation with the Reservation Department. - Pets up to 10kgs: allowed on request. The daily rate is R$98.00
