• Cancellation is free up to 72 hours before check-in.
All reservations (high and low season) can be canceled or changed up to 3 days before check-in with a full refund of any amounts previously paid, if we have already charged them.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the reservation; the refund timeframe depends on the card issuer.
• Cancellations or changes made less than 3 days before check-in will result in the full retention of the reservation amount.
• In case of no-show, we will charge the full amount of the accommodation, in both low and high season.
• In case of early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
• To allow for the evaluation of date changes or new prices, the guest must inform us of the early departure at check-in, before making any payment, allowing the reservations center to register the change and confirm any possible adjustments to the stay price.
