Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
1) Net Hotels: Payment invoiced for net rates and direct payment upon arrival at the hotel when commissioned rate, in both cases reservations must be guaranteed through the operators and the value of the first night will be invoiced in case of no show.
Cancellation Policies
REFUNDABLE RATES: Cancellations and changes to reservations must be made up to 72 hours before the check-in date.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATES (NR): After making reservations, it is agreed that cancellations will only be accepted up to 60 days before the check-in date. However, a contractual fine of 30% will apply on the total value of payments made. After this date, the amounts paid will not be refunded.
