Conditions for the Carnival package:

Cancellation Policies
Period of 2 days before check-in date for cancellation/change. After this period the amount paid will not be returned and not used for more credit later. In the case of credit card payment, if cancellation is not made on the same day, will result in deduction of 3.5% administrative fee and reimbursement can only be made 30 days after the date of payment.
