Cancellation Policies
Reservations made as part of a package deal may be cancelled free of charge provided the request is made at least 15 (fifteen) calendar days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
After this period, due to the unavailability of the accommodation unit and the operational costs involved, a penalty corresponding to 50% (fifty percent) of the total value of the contracted accommodation will be applied, regardless of whether the reservation is used in full or in part.
Confirmation of the reservation implies full acceptance of this policy.
