In case of cancellation of the reservation more than 21 days prior to the start of the stay, the deposit will be refunded, except for shipping costs. Cancellations made less than 21 days before the start of your stay will incur a penalty of 30% of the total value of the reserved period.
Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we inform you that the cancellation policy may be subject to change in accordance with new decrees sanctioned at the municipal or state level. IMPORTANT: The cancellation policy also serves as a rule for requests to change dates or reschedule reservations.
Withdrawal from the stay upon arrival or after check-in, as well as early departure for any reason, will not entitle you to any type of refund, reimbursement in cash or credit for new days, resulting in the payment of the total value of the accommodation for the reserved period. For closed packages, delayed check-in and/or early check-out, the original contracted package price will not be reduced.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email), stating the full name of the reservation holder and the reservation period. Cancellations or changes made by telephone or instant messaging device (WhatsApp or similar) will not be accepted. Morada do Guaruçá must confirm receipt of the request and the cancellation via email.
Requests arising from exceptional circumstances must be submitted in writing as previously mentioned, and accompanied by supporting documentation.
