The guest must pay 50% of the total price in case of cancellation within 2 days prior to arrival. The guest must prepay 50% of the total price within 2 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation within 48 Hours
If you cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the day of arrival, regardless of the reason, we will not refund the amount paid, but it will remain as a credit to be used within 3 (three) months.
If the cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before the start of the reservation, there will be no refund.
The daily rate DOES NOT INCLUDE:
• 🐩Pet fee in the daily amount of R$85.00 per pet
• 🍹 Bar consumption, such as drinks and snacks;
• 🐎🚜Activities: horse-drawn carriage, horseback riding, wagon ride and horse-drawn carriage ride;
• 🍶Consumption made during horseback riding and wagon rides;
• 🍷Corkage fee (which is charged per bottle, in the case of consumption of own drinks in the common and public areas of the hotel);
• 💆🏼Massages;
• 10% fee charged on all services provided and daily rates;
• Items purchased at the hotel shop.
