Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Payment in advance via bank deposit or pix of 50% of the amount to guarantee the reservation. Within 2 working days after the request is made, the remaining amount will be paid at check-in and can be paid in installments on the credit card (minimum installment of R$200.00 each), or the total amount in advance paid in up to 8 installments on the credit card .
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation 60 days before check-in.
After this period, the reservation will be 100% non-refundable - Total amount of the stay.
A percentage of 30% of the total amount of accommodation will be charged at the time of booking and the remainder will be paid at check in in up to 08x or the total at the time of booking in up to 08x (On Visa/Master cards). Installment with minimum installments of R$ 200.00.
