Cancellation Policies
If you cancel up to 15 days in advance, you will be refunded the full amount. After this period, we will negotiate a credit for another occasion for reservations made directly at the hotel. The refund will be made through the same card that was used to make the reservation. If the reservation was made by card, we will cancel the card and the credit will be issued.
