Cancellation made by the guest after the period of 5 days before check-in will be subject to the payment corresponding to one night, which will be debited from the credit card holder indicated by the guest at the time of booking. Cancellation or change requests made over the phone will not be accepted. In the case of reservations made through partner websites, reservation cancellation requests must be made directly on the website responsible for the reservation, observing the specific procedures. Any and all reservations without payment will be automatically canceled and cannot be recovered.
