Deposit / Guarantee Policies
The guest will be able to guarantee the reservation, without risk of cancellation, by paying the first night in advance via bank deposit. In this case, no refund will be due for the nights not used by the guest, nor will it generate credit that can be offset against other expenses incurred at the Hotel.

The reservation will only be guaranteed after sending proof of deposit or authorization to charge your credit card.
Proof of deposit or transfer will only be accepted if it is properly identified by the guest, and is sent by email, or WhatsApp via the number: (11)4373-7037 at least 5 days before check-in.
The same rules as reservation cancellation, established in the items below (item 3.1), will apply to the guaranteed reservation.
Cancellation Policies
If there is a need to cancel or change the booking date, the guest must notify the Hotel in writing within 5 days prior to check-in via e-mail: [email protected] . Hotel employees will respond to the customer's request within the same period, without any cost to the customer. Cancellation of reservations made through the websites after the period of 7 days, provided for in the Consumer Protection Code, are subject to analysis. Cancellation made by the guest after the period of 5 days before check-in will be subject to the payment corresponding to one night, which will be debited from the credit card holder indicated by the guest at the time of booking. Cancellation or change requests made over the phone will not be accepted. In the case of reservations made through partner websites, reservation cancellation requests must be made directly on the website responsible for the reservation, observing the specific procedures. Any and all reservations without payment will be automatically canceled and cannot be recovered. Once the reservation is canceled due to lack of payment, error in the attempt to charge or transaction denied by the card issuer, the guest must make a new reservation with a valid payment method. In the case of reservations made through partner sites, the guest must observe the specific deadlines and procedures.
