Deposit / Guarantee Policies

For your reservation to be effective, a deposit of 50% of the total value of the reservation must be made to guarantee the blocking of the apartment within 24 hours. Cancellation Policies

1. Guest can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. 2. The guest must pay 50% of the total price in case of cancellation within 5 days prior to arrival. 3. The guest must prepay 50% of the total price after booking. 4. In case of abandonment or partial withdrawal of the accommodation period at check-in or after check-in, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. 5.
