Reservation Guarantee Instructions - Hotel São Charbel
Dear guest,
To guarantee your reservation at Hotel São Charbel, after blocking the apartment through our booking engine, you must make an advance payment.
Payment of the deposit must be made within 40 minutes after blocking the reservation. The deposit amount corresponds to at least 40% of the total value of your reservation. After payment, please send us proof of payment to one of the following channels:

Cancellation Policies
Hotel São Charbel Cancellation Policy 🏨
1. Right to Cancel (Regret) 🛑
If you made your reservation online, by email, phone or other means outside the hotel, you can cancel your reservation, as required by the Consumer Protection Code.
2. Cancellation Deadline ⏰
You can cancel your reservation and receive your money back within 7 days after confirming your reservation with us (as long as you have made the advance payment).
3. Last Minute Reservations ⏳
If you made your reservation less than 7 days before, you can cancel and receive your money back, but you must do so up to 24 hours before your check-in time (always by 2 pm).
If you change the reservation date and change your mind later, the 7-day deadline will apply to the original date of your reservation, and you will not be able to change it again or receive a refund.
4. How the Refund Works 💸
•If you paid via deposit, cash or Pix, we will refund the amount on the next business day directly to your account, with no fees.
•If you paid by credit card (in cash or in installments), the refund will be made according to the installments we received from the card administrator, and we will deduct the card fees, since the financial institution keeps a portion of the amount.
5. Cancellation After the Deadline ❌
If you miss the 7-day deadline, we cannot refund the money. However, if you prefer, we offer a letter of credit.
6. Letter of Credit 💳
If you cannot cancel within the deadline, you can opt for a letter of credit, which gives you the right to use the amount paid for a period of up to 12 months after your reservation is confirmed.
