Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
To guarantee the reservation, a credit card must be registered, regardless of the form of payment.
Cancellation Policies
Law No. 16,559 OF 01/15/2019 - Art. 112; - Charge of a fine of 50% of the total amount of the reservation in case of cancellation made from 60 (sixty) days to 31 (thirty-one) days in advance of the check-in date; - Charge of a fine of 75% of the total amount paid for the reservation in case of cancellation with 30 (thirty) days or less in advance of the check-in date; - For reservations requested less than 29 days after check-in, the cancellation deadline is 7 days after confirmation. If this limit is exceeded, a fine of 75% of the reserved period will be applied; - In case of non-attendance of the consumer without prior notice of cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged;
