Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment must be made within 48 hours after the reservation request, which must be confirmed by email with proof of payment. • 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged when making the reservation; • The remaining 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged 7 days before the check-in date. Cancellation Policies

To cancel a reservation, we ask that the request be sent by email. Cancellation fees will apply according to the terms below, based on the date we receive the cancellation request: • Up to 30 days prior to check-in date, the amount deposited is a credit to be used within 3 months – subject to availability of dates; • Less than 30 days before the check-in date, 50% of the accommodation price will be charged; • In case of no show, there will be no refund; • There will be no refund in case of early departure.
