RATE WITHOUT CANCELLATION PERMISSION. Check-in time (Entrance): from 15:00hs. Check-out time (Departure): until 12:00 am From Monday to Friday, breakfast will be from 6:00 am to 10:00 am and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays it will be from 6:00 am to 10:30 am , always served directly in the hotel's restaurant. Reception and service: 24 hours. Cancellation Policy: Reservation cancellation will not be allowed and the amount paid in advance will not be refunded when this is the tariff modality (Non-Refundable Rate) chosen by the guest. Guarantee/Payment Policy: To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to make a deposit (PIX) of 50% of the total amount of the reservation, thus guaranteeing the blocking of the apartment. If payment is not identified within 24 hours, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice. Free Children Conditions: One or Two children from 0 to 12 years old, depending on the category of the chosen apartment, being accompanied in the same Room, by their parents or legal guardians, will be complimentary. Children from 12 years old will be charged as an adult. High Season Cancellation Reservation cancellation will not be allowed and the amount paid in advance will not be refunded when this is the tariff modality (Non-Refundable Rate) chosen by the guest. On other dates:Cancellation Policy Cancellation of reservations without NO SHOW charge is allowed up to 1 day before check in date. Cancellations after this period will be charged the amount of 100% of the first night. When it comes to reservations for Holidays, Fairs and Congresses in the City of João Pessoa, if there is a NO-SHOW, 100% of the total amount of the accommodation period will be charged.
