Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
RATE WITHOUT PERMISSION FOR CANCELLATION and NON-REFUNDABLE
For rates within the period of New Year's Eve 2023 between 12/28/2022 and 01/02/2023 and Carnival 2023 between 02/17 and 02/22/2023, it will be NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellation of the reservation will not be permitted and the amount paid in advance will not be refunded when this is the rate modality (Non-Refundable Rates) chosen by the guest.
The periods of New Year's Eve 2023, from 12/28/2022 to 01/02/2023 and Carnival 2023 from 02/17/2023 to 02/22/2023, all confirmed reservations for accommodation in these periods are NOT refundable, or In other words, once reservations that pass through these periods are confirmed, they are NON-REFUNDABLE reservations.
Check-in time (Entrance): from 3:00 pm.
Check-out time (Departure): until 12:00 pm
From Monday to Friday, Breakfast will be from 6:00 am to 10:00 am and on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays it will be from 6:00 am to 10:30 am, always served directly in the Hotel's restaurant.
Reception and service: 24 hours.
Warranty/Payment Policy:
To confirm your reservation, payment must be made via credit card for the due date or in installments according to installment or deposit conditions (PIX) of 100% of the total value of the reservation, thus guaranteeing the blocking of the apartment for your accommodation. .
If payment is not identified within 2 (two) hours after sending the pre-booking, your accommodation request will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Form of payment:
We only accept the form of Transfer via PIX, solely.
CREDIT CARD:
Cash for maturity or paid in up to 6 interest-free installments with a minimum installment value of R$114.00.
Conditions for Children Free:
One or two children aged 0 to 12 depending on the category of apartment chosen, accompanied by their parents or legal guardians in the same room, will be complimentary.
Children aged 12 and over will be charged as an adult.
Warranty/Payment Policy: BILLED STAYS ONLY FOR 30 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT. We do not charge extras.

Changes and cancellations can be made free of charge up to 30 days before the check-in date.
Policy applicable on dates: 12/28/2026 - 1/2/2027Cancellations or changes are free of charge up to 90 days before the check-in date; after this date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. No refunds or future credits will be given.
On other dates:Cancellation Policy Cancellation of reservations without NO SHOW charge is allowed up to 1 day before check in date. Cancellations after this period will be charged the amount of 100% of the first night. When it comes to reservations for Holidays, Fairs and Congresses in the City of João Pessoa, if there is a NO-SHOW, 100% of the total amount of the accommodation period will be charged.
