If you cancel or change your reservation up to 21 days before arrival, no fee will be charged.

If you cancel or change your reservation later or in case of no-show, a percentage of 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

In case of early departure, the total amount of the accommodation will be charged.

Cancellation and prepayment policy:

* · 50% of the total amount of the stay must be paid in advance to confirm the reservation;

Failure to show up without formal notice (via email) by 12:00 p.m. the day after the check-in date will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation, and the amount deposited/advanced will be retained in full.

The amount of the accommodation will not be changed for later arrival or early departure;

Early arrival or departure after the check-in or check-out time will be subject to availability and an additional charge. Please check with reception or reservations in advance.

On other dates:

If you cancel or change within 14 days of arrival, no fee will be charged. If you cancel or change late or in case of no-show, a percentage of 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged. In case of early departure, the total amount of accommodation will be charged.
