Deposit / Guarantee Policies

To guarantee the reservation, a credit card must be registered, regardless of the form of payment. For the guarantee, 20% of the total amount of the advance reservation is charged.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 11/14/2024 - 11/16/2024
12/21/2024 - 1/31/2025

Cancellation can be made up to 14 days before check-in with a refund. After this period, 100% of the accommodation price will be charged.

On other dates:

• Up to 14 days before check-in, the refund of amounts paid will be full;
• Between 13 and 4 days before check-in, the refund of amounts paid will be only 70% of the amount paid (with a discount on bank fees involved in the refund transaction);
• Between 3 days until the check-in date, there will be no refund of amounts paid.
• Failure to show up without prior notice within seventy-two hours of the scheduled check-in date will be considered a "no show" (withdrawal without cancellation). The reservation will be canceled with 100% retention of the amounts paid, except for reasons of force majeure upon proof via documentation;
• Canceling a stay upon arrival or after checking into the hotel, as well as early departure for any reason, will not entitle you to any type of refund, except for reasons of force majeure upon proof via documentation.
