Cancellation Policies
In advance reservations that are canceled within 7 days of confirmation, the amounts charged as a down payment will be refunded, deducting 15% to cover financial and tax costs. In case of no-show or cancellation outside the 7-day period, regardless of reason, the amounts received as a down payment will not be refunded. If you are interested, you can choose to leave a credit to be used on another date (it is necessary to inform the Pousada 72 hours in advance).
