Our reservation system automatically debits your credit card and/or informs our details for your bank deposit. When opting for Bank Deposit, Pix or TED, you must send the receipt to the hotel's email, which will confirm the credit in the account within 72 hours.

1. In case of cancellation of the reservation, caused by unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure (duly proven), the credit already paid will be made available for use at a future date, for a period not exceeding 120 days (one hundred and twenty days).
2. The credit must be used in the corresponding period in which it was originally acquired; for example, if the primary reservation was made outside of a holiday or commemorative date, the credit must be activated during a normal period (outside of a holiday). If there is a difference in the amount to be paid when booking a new contract, the rate will be applied at the time of the new reservation.
3) In the event of a legislative provision contrary to the cancellation policy adopted by the hotel, we reserve, in accordance with the normative content set out in Law No. 14,046/20 (with the inclusion of MP No. 1,101/22) to return the amount paid by 31.12. 23 (period in which the state of public calamity will end), with the respective monetary incidence.
