Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, 100% of the total amount must be paid within 24 hours.
If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
Reservations cancelled up to 60 days before check-in will be issued a letter of credit for a future stay, for a period of 01 year, counting from the date of cancellation.
From 07 to 30 days before check-in, 30% of the amount paid will be charged, the remainder can be used as a letter of credit, for a future stay, except for holidays and New Year's Eve, for a period of 01 year from the date of cancellation.
Cancellations made less than 07 days before check-in will not be refunded. The person responsible for the reservation may replace the person responsible for the same reservation and date.
In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. In the event of a late check-in or early check-out date, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
