EVERY RESERVATION MUST HAVE A NO SHOW GUARANTEE
PAYMENT METHOD FOR RESERVATION GUARANTEE:
• Daily rates invoiced within 15 days after check-out.
Payment by Credit Card/Bank deposit
The Pousada must receive payment up to 15 days prior to check in, reservations with shorter deadlines will be charged 24 hours after being made.
FREE CANCELLATION DEADLINE:
• Invoiced reservations may be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before check-in. (04/18/2023)
BOOKING CANCELLATION:
• Brazilian legislation guarantees free cancellation up to 7 days after the moment of purchase.
• After this period, the unit's cancellation policy will be applied, which consists of using the amount paid as credit for use up to 01 (one) year from the date of the request, in accordance with Law No. 14,046/20.
• In case of cancellation within 30 days before check-in, after check-in or early departure for any reason, you will not be entitled to any type of refund, refund or credit in daily rates.
• 100% of the amount will be charged in case of no-show without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
During the New Year's Eve period, the deadline for cancellation is 30 days prior to check in, after this period 100% of the stay will be charged (there will be no refund or credit).
On other dates:Cancellation of the reservation will not be allowed and the amount paid in advance will not be refunded.
