Cancellation Policies

The cancellation deadline is up to 15 days prior to check-in. After this date, no refunds will be made.
On other dates:Low season: The cancellation period is up to 3 days in advance of the check in (entrance). High season (Holidays and Events): The cancellation period is up to 7 days in advance of the check in. Christmas: If canceled up to 15 days before check in there will be no charges. After 15 days will be charged the full amount of the period. New Year's Eve: If canceled up to 30 days before check in there will be no charges. After 30 days will be charged the full amount of the period. OPERATORS AND AGENCIES: Low season: The cancellation period is up to 3 days in advance of the check in. High season (Holidays and Events): The cancellation period is up to 7 days in advance of the check in.
