For payment by bank deposit, please contact the hotel directly.
For reservations made 7 days or less before check-in, a prepayment of 100% of the total amount of the reservation is required within 48 hours to secure the apartment. If payment is not received within the deadline, the reservation may be cancelled without prior notice.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT POLICY: We do not accept third-party credit cards or virtual cards as a form of payment for the reservation. For security reasons, we ask that you present the credit card used to pay for the reservation upon arrival at the hotel.
Cancellation Policies
- With at least 07 (seven) days after purchase: Free cancellation; - At least 15 (fifteen) days prior to check-in: Fine of 50% of the total amount of the reservation; - Less than 14 days prior to check-in: Fine of 100% of the total reservation amount.
