At the time of booking, the total amount of the daily rate will be charged.
On other dates:
After confirming the reservation, it is necessary that, within 24 hours, the payment of 50% of the total amount of the reservation is made, either via Credit Card, PIX or Bank Deposit, to guarantee the blocking of the apartment.
For reservations with values above R$ 1000.00, it is possible to pay in up to 2 interest-free installments. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
The remainder of the payment must be made at Check-In, in cash or by card.

Cancellation Policies
- In case of cancellation or change up to 45 days before the arrival date, no fine will be charged and the change or cancellation is free.
- In case of late cancellation or change with less than 45 days to arrival or no-show (NO SHOW), 100% of the total stay/reservation will be charged as a fine.
- In case of cancellation or change within 30 days before the arrival date, no fine will be charged and the change or cancellation is free.
- In case of late cancellation or change with less than 30 days to arrival or no-show (NO SHOW), 50% of the total stay/reservation will be charged as a fine.
- In case of cancellation or change within 7 days before the arrival date, no fine will be charged and the change or cancellation is free.
- In case of late cancellation or change with less than 7 days to arrival or no-show (NO SHOW), 50% of the total stay/reservation will be charged as a fine.
