Cancellation Policies
No charge - cancellation up to 7 days in advance of check in date (Low season)
*guests will only be accepted accompanied by the holder of the credit card that paid for the accommodation
- No show: In case of no-show, 1 night will be charged for no show (Low season) and the full amount during high season and holidays.
- The apartment becomes unavailable after 24 hours of no show - that is, the apartment is only reserved for the first 24 hours (until 12:00 pm) in case of no show and credit card refused by the operator.
Reservations paid by credit card with less than 24:00 hours to enter the hotel - if refused, the reservation is immediately canceled
- Early departure - full reservation amount charged (released if the reason is illness of the guest or close relative).
