Deposit / Guarantee Policies
Deposit corresponding to 50% of the booking total amount at the time of contracting as a means of ensuring the same; and the rest can be divided into up to 03 times in Visa or Master without interest.
We offer 5% discount for payment through bank deposit. We do not accept cheques.
To submit the reservation request containing the data of the credit card, the client automatically accepts the conditions of the contract and authorizing the debt corresponding to 50% of the value of your stay on your credit card as a form of effective guarantee of same.
In case the client does not implement the pre-payment via deposit or not have the authorization of the credit card, the booking will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policies
Deadline for changes or cancellations is up to 7 days in advance of the check-in date.
After the change or cancellation period has passed, the reservation cannot be changed or canceled. If there is a change or cancellation, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged.
In case of No-Show or early departure, we will not refund the amount paid and the balance will not be credited for future use.
In case of cancellation within the deadline and after 90 days from the date of payment, the equivalent of 5% of the total amount paid may be charged in relation to the administrative fee.
The reservation may be cancelled without any charge to the customer within 14 days prior to your arrival at the hotel during high season and up to 07 days before arrival during low season. Reservations special packages periods and long holidays cannot be cancelled.
